KIT ME UP
Online yoga for cyclists and triathletes is a great way to improve strength and position on the bike, increase flexibility and aid recovery.
The first Monday of each month will feature a live class with Q&A at the end of the session.
Each Monday thereafter will be prerecorded so you can go at your own pace and never have to miss a session.
You will also have unlimited access to the athlete yoga library of previous live and recorded sessions to compliment your swim/bike or run sessions.
Each session will contain movements for beginner, intermediate and advanced so you can progress as you gain confidence, stability, strength and flexibility.
£13.49 / $18 per month
Our 1-1 yoga sessions are your chance to work closely with Ruth on your specific needs and goals such as:
creating pre or post ride routines
Improving strength and holding bike position
Improving balance and stability
Prior to each session includes an email or phone consultation to discuss your individual needs and goals.
Block bookings available.
1-1 sessions are available online via Zoom or in person at Ruth's yoga studio in Livingston, Scotland.
