After a top 10 finish in the British Pro/Am Mens Road Race Championships, Gary was invited to live and race in Europe based in the Massif Central, France with amateur team E.C Clermont Communiate.

After a solid first season, Gary went on to take a string of wins during his 2nd year in France which lead to the break to race professionally for UCI registered teams. Gary spent 3 seasons in the UCI ranks racing in Europehe completed x2 gruelling UCI Tour Of Britain events and was a regular face at the front of the UK Pro/Am peloton.  Although Gary was signed as a supporting domestique role through his career, he still gained UCI podiums, top 10's in the British Pro/Am Premier Calendar Road Events and was the Pro/Am

Scottish Road Race Champion in 2013.

Nowadays, although still very active on the bike, Gary puts his experience from the peloton and his British Cycling multiple discipline qualifications to great use as he works with his athletes. Gary is as passionate about an athlete taking a PR on a local Strava KOM as he is working with athletes at the elite racing end of the sport taking a victory

Gary has also proven his versatility as a coach working with athletes whom specialise in ultra events - Athlete achievements include; Women's British 12hr Time Trial Championships title, top 10 in RAAM (Race Across America) and a crowned Guinness World Record holder breaking the record for fastest cyclist covering the length of Great Britain and back! (Yes you read that correctly, north tip, to south tip - and back up again!)

So, whatever your goals are Gary has you covered and he'll ensure you have fun along the way!
