We can test your Functional Threshold Power and set up your Power and Heart rate training zones using one of our in-house Power Meters. Having a baseline FTP figure will allow you to routinely check your progress. Book in for 1 test or take advantage of the 2 test offer so you can re-test in a few months to check your progress.
Our Swim Video Analysis Coach takes footage of the swimmer and goes through a step by step analysis of the stroke and behaviours. The swimmer will then be taken through a systematic Swim Smooth correction process to correct major flaws or tune up already sound strokes.
Based on the British Cycling Team's physiological abilities assessment, we will determine your strengths and weaknesses. On completion, you will be taught correct technique on a series of exercises, thereby turning any weaknesses into your greatest gains.
Post assessment, you will receive a bespoke 4 week strength and conditioning plan.
